Scotlaw Business Services was founded by Caroline Dunn.

Caroline is an experienced senior manager of some 15 years, with an Honours Degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She is also a graduate member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (IPD).

The importance of practical experience and common sense plays a big part in the success of the organisation.

All employees possess a law degree and have many years practical experience in advising on employment law issues. No employees are fully qualified solicitors as defined by the Law Society of Scotland.
